MR. TUMNUS (“Ozzy”)
Ozzy is a 5 year old, 13 hand, Welsh-cross pony gelding.
Ozzy has comfortable gaits and big strides suitable for hunters and equitation. He also loves eventing and was
shown intro cross country over the summer. He rode on a loose rein and jumped everything.
Ozzy knows voice commands and is very responsive to leg cues. He has almost mastered his flying lead changes
and has excellent simple changes. He is currently jumping 2'3" courses and schooling 2'6" - 2'9". He has been
jumped in an indoor and outdoor ring, cross country, and on trail rides. His attitude never changes- he is always happy
and willing to please his rider.
Ozzy is sensitive, intelligent, and has great manners. He loves attention and being around people. He trailers, clips,
bathes, and stands quietly for the vet and farrier. Ozzy has gone swimming in a pond and is used to dogs. He also calmly
and patiently deals with long, hectic horse shows. He is up to date on shots, farrier, worming, and Coggins.
Ozzy is suitable for a beginner rider.
He is kid-safe and not spooky. He will take his rider to the top and definitely get noticed in the show ring.
